      it's looking good overall, a320.

the only thing is I might add a little more light in the passenger section of the plane..right now it's a bit dark in there in compare to the outside.....give more bounces to the skylight or add some soft area lights coming from those upper light shafts to bring up the leve on the inside......also..and maybe you already planed to do this later when it's finished....change the color of the background from while to a black...that plus a litle more diffuse light on the inside, should really make the interior sections pop out at the viewer...right now if you leave it white the background competes with the interior.......just some thoughts

      paul.

it looks as though your outside environment light is doing alot of the lighting there. You might want to try to block up that opening with a box then have it hidden from camera. Then it will be lit more realistically by the internal lights and the windows. You might then need to increase environment multiplier and play with your color mapping.

Good work A320. Modelling in Rhino I guess.
I agree with Da_elf in regards to blocking the exterior lighting. ie. Only have light coming in from windows. It needs more artificial lighting
Great model. Cant wait for the fitout with chairs and HOT air stewards.

I know its a design/concept image but it may be good to see the structure that makes up the plane in section aswell

thats a shot of the new boeing plane interior right?

              really ironic if it is.

Psy: nah its sum generic design i came up with.

for some reason im getting a really grainy image. Theres skylight streaming thru the windows which have two skylight portals on either side.
This is a medium quality irradiance map with photons as the secondary bounce. Could anyone suggest why im getting such a grainy image?

                Thanks

my guess is that working with vray ligths you need to set up a bigger subdivision to get rid of the grany, of course it will take longer but you have to realize that is hard for the vray light to go trough geometry.

Set it / them to store with the irradiance map, and maybe up your imap settings and subdivisions in the gi rollout

                      thanks for the tips
ill give storing them in the irrad map a shot, the subdivs are set at 50 for each skylight portal already. mmm.... i guess i gotta look at my gi settings... something must not be quite right..

I like the black background and increased lighting inside...not it really pops out

I meant the subdivs in the GI rollout in the render dialogue. The other subdivs are for brute force shadow detail, and photon map generation afaik, and wont affect the imap unless you're using photons for your secondarys. ( Could be dead wrong though ).
