I like the composition and the colors. Maybe add some light in the building to give it a bit more punch or liveliness? Is this a Guthrie HDRI?

just simple jpeg panorama in dome light. plus a few gray boxes and street view image on plane to create environment around.

Few points

I would lower the brightness of the white lines on road.
I would desaturate road for about 25%

Also I like how you have captured constant bad weather in uk
