Hello! This is a character I've been working on (and off) for quite a while, but I'm calling her done (for now) 
A fantastic 2D artist called James Harvey (http://stopjamesharvey.com/) got in touch and asked me if I'd be interested in creating a 3d illustration of one of his characters. He's insanely talented so I jumped at the chance. 18 months later(!) here we are. After an initial burst of creativity, work & life got in the way and the project fell onto the backburner. Fast forward to June this year and I decided that it would be a shame for all that to go to waste, so I picked the project back up and ploughed through to what you see here.
The original concept for the character has (understandably) changed since I first started working on her so I've done my best to try and incorporate these changes but as I'm sure you're all aware it's no mean feat to redesign something as you're making progress with it, so she's still some way off James's current design.
I ended up scrapping a solid couple of weeks worth of work on her coat and make her a new one in Marvellous Designer. It's not perfect but it was good to finally use it on a more involved project.
Anyway, I'll post some more info images if anyone's interested.
