    Hi all,

So I am looking for some advice on how to get my renders a bit cleaner and overall a bit better. The images enclosed were test renders 1500x844 took about 4 min image.

Overall lighting is something I am trying to get better. I know its too dark, Im trying to achieve a dramatic look yet still have some of the elements "bright and shiny". The red weave walls are acrylic panels, the logos are brushed metal and the wall behind the weave wall is a patterned metal.

I am using some vray lights with ies files but not really getting what I want.

I still need to model the correct furniture, whats in there is just a stand in. Speaking of that. I get ton of request last minute to add or change pieces of furniture or elements. Instead of re-rendering everything do you know an easy way to just render out the new element and elements and drop them into the finished render. So for example if they wanted to see a new weave pattern, could I just render out that and drop it into my Photoshop file?

    Thanks again

THe problem with rendering new elements and dropping them in, is that they interact with the environment, shadows, reflection, refraction, etc. Those are hard things to control. In your case, as your scene isn't that complex a re-render of the whole thing doesn't look like it would take long.

Yes I find that when I do it that way I spend lots of time in Photoshop hacking things together.
