i like the building, but please change the ground texture, far too light colored. also, give displacement for the grass a shot, would help add to the realism.
The geometry itself is very nice, but the lighting and texturing needs a little tweaking. The grass is too flat, bright and repetitive. Like Psy said, try displacement. Maybe play a little with colour mapping aswell. Oh, one more little thing, I reckon road markings would add a bit of realism.
i read that you asked comments on lighting .....
well the bbuilding is nice.....but i think
a) the landscape needs work and the horizon especially
b) the sky is overpowering the building itself
For the grass, you should use camera mapping instead of uvw tiling. it's easy to do as long as you have a nice picture and gives a more realistic feelingfor the ground, at least for the foreground. I agree on the comments about the image background: if you really don't want to "post prod" your image in Pshop, you need to build something in 3d, like a fake city with blocks of differnet sizes, or a faded away mountain background or something..
