Now, I am not happy with the images, but I am happy with the render time and quality. The textures and materials are poor, but all I got was small web graphics. I would have built custom textures, but the design changed so much I didn't have time to do anything but chase the changes. This is all I had to start:

The architect was really easy to work with. One thing I quickly understood was, what was important to me, wasn't necessarily important to them. For example, they didn't care much about the materials.

I didn't optimize the people; I dropped them in after I optimized the scene.

I know you're very busy, but please out of interest when you have a moment fix the people and do a region and see if the spots are gone

The last version was fixed and the spots are gone.
