Here is one I am working on. The owner has a gutted out space that he needs to rent, so my task is to make it a modern rentable space.

I bet, if I add a little motion blur to the lady in the front, she'll look much better. Also, maybe a little less on the walking guy.

the art on the wall is not very modern as well as the big table and the bump on the wall is too high in my opinion.

I think it should looks better with a nice false ceiling...

The outside walls are a thick painted concrete. I'll find some more suitable art (however, retro posters are modern) or something else for the walls. They wanted an open ceiling and everything has sound insulation and painted white, except for the floor above, which is black painted concrete.

The squiffy camera angle really puts me off. I'd straighten it perpendicular to the wall.

To me, the moblur is more distracting than interesting. Besides, with that amount of blur on this guy an nothing on the other 3, he would have to be moving at warp speed, or the other 3 would have to be statue still at that exposure time.

Yes. I slowed him up a tad and put a slight motion on the front lady.

The Space and illumination look very good but the furniture look randomly placed.... Like they just moved.

I was going for a studio type space. I might put a building model on the back table, but we'll see. For now, I have to get it done.

I think it looks super except for the insulation in the ceiling, which looks like asbestos and off scale. The diffuser on the right side is particularly eye catching.

I'm plumb out of time on these. But, I agree, the ceiling needs attention; maybe as a side project some day.

Lighting is superb, are you using HDRI for the interiors?
