This is not rendered. Unless you have put blurry reflection on every material, did a perfect good displacement for the towel etc...
At least you have rendered just parts of the picture.

with an intense work in photoshop.To make a towel like that in Vray, you might be an advanced user of Vray.

nice image.. I cant tell if you guys are joking or not about it being a pure 3d image. The towels look like comped photos but only because their lighting doesn't appear to be matching the rest of the image. I can see tiling on the wood of the wall and the sink but only cause I was looking for it, so its not a photo. Definitely a nice image.

drawers handles and on top of the drawers.

gitano_anton: you are wrong, one doesn´t need to be a vray pro to do a towel like that, there are a very good tutorial on that on the forums.
