Don't laugh, they are selling these starting at $225,000.00. They hired a designer to make them look more house-like and the designer hired me to illustrate them. If you ask me, it'll never look like anything less than a trailer home.

That is hilarious. They are starting to make some awesome looking modular and trailer homes. It makes sense for second homes and vacation homes. Buy a nice lot somewhere, select a cool prefab home, and get it delivered. If they build any, post an after photo sometime to see if they ever landscape it to look like your render will.

This is down in Florida, on a lake, and there are hundreds of them. I'll see if I can get an after photo.

Here, is the bedroom. What they are trying to do, is create curb appeal. Most trailers have the bedroom in the back and the back is pretty plain. On these, the back is on the road because; the front is facing the lake. They want the back to look nice, but have the bedroom with little daylight.

Why would anyone pay that for a mobile home, those things don't appreciate in value unless the land their on goes up. Having said that it's the best looking mobile home I've ever seen.

You can get houses 3x the size a short drive out of miami in a gated community for 500k.

I think their market has to be exclusively old people - retired people who can sell their home, downsize and have money left over to go on a cruise twice a year.

Here is the interior. I found out today that the ceiling isn't flat. I found out because on a phone call with the designer, I said that it's nice that the ceiling is flat; the pitched ceiling is a dead giveaway that it's a trailer
