Looking nice. Right now everything is a little to perfect. Light wrap bloom around the window edges, a bit of glare coming from the lights, etc... atmospheric stuff.
It is also difficult to tell if the restaurant is closed, open, or about to open. Bread on the table when no one is sitting or no servers to be seen.... etc. I think you could make a few modification that could make the image much stronger. Is the restaurant about to open...? Then maybe lining the bread up on the bar rather than already at the table, opening the other 2 doors, a waiter prepping in the background. Maybe the waiter is writing the daily specials on a chalk board that they are about to set on the sidewalk. Adjusting or adding these elements will give the space a stronger story.
Compositionally you might try lowering the camera a bit to create a more intimate feeling with the foreground table. Right now I am not sure where I am supposed to look or what I should focus on. Lowering the camera will make you engage with the foreground table and will allow the eye to focus on the foreground and the slowly work its way to the background. It would be a more controlled experience of the space.
Thanks for the feedback. There's a little bloom on the lights - but it's probably a bit too subtle. I think those extra details would certainly help, and I'll try lowering the camera.
