Being a teacher I don't get many gigs nowadays, so in order to keep up with you guys I do some personal stuff every now and then.
This time I designed a typical american house. I went after a symmetrical, traditional look, not too urban as well.
I also decided to try some different seasons/time of day just to spice things up a bit.
As usual, 3ds max 2014, V-Ray 3.1 Photoshop and ArionFX for Photoshop.

i like the overcast rendering, it looks more realistic than the others..... the grass doesn't go all the way to the walls, they use stones o mulch around the houses.

Thanks, man! Yeah, there should really be at least a mulch or something to protect the wall, separating them from the grass... I guess I still have some more studying to do on this, lol...

The walking path has a visible pattern...it's gravel which is not very common specially where you have snow because it's not very practical to remove the snow from it.
I like the level of detail.!!!!!
