The lighting is incredibly flat, and the surfaces really don't seem to be that reflective either.

If you do a lot of this kind of work, it could potentially be worthwhile modelling an exhibition hall in which you can stage your models like this, it'll add a lot more interest to the images, and give the items a lot more to reflect.
