  • Osprey Estate - Eaton Model

I thought I would combine these. I have posted the kitchen and great room renderings earlier, but they are all part of the Eaton model home. Here is the Foyer. I have two bedrooms and the exterior to go.
There are also three other model homes, which are part of the Osprey Estate of homes; I'll post those separately.

Here is the master bedroom. Some noise, but it's only a proof. Render time was less that an hour - whoot!

Pretty cool but I would generally prefer to see natural light have more impact overall than artificial. Was it necessary for client to see artificial lighting effect?

I tried this one in PS with a curve on medium contrast preset and it looks much better in my opinion.

When all these are done you can XREF them together and make a nice exterior night shot (so you can see in)

This set is looking awesome so far! Keep up the good work Bobby

You know, I thought about that, but I spent a lot of time tweaking lights. First, I started with the kitchen and it has the under cabinet and in cabinet lights, and I wanted to highlight it. Then, the great room had the cove lights and I wanted to show that, too. All the spaces are in the same model, so I don't want to tinker with the exterior light setup. I have 3 more houses, so I'll probably go with daylight.

Coming along nicely but cameras are to high in the scenes. I would spend some time researching the current best interior residential photographers and study the height of the camera. It is often lower than eye level rather than higher. Doing this will help to build more interest into the composition through layers. Seeing everything in the scene flattens it out.

Got some client feedback.... You know, nothing but a list of things to change

The biggest comment was that the rooms look small, so maybe I'll change it to natural lighting, which should make them rooms look larger. Also, lowering the camera should help with that, too.

the posters and the frilly bedspreads clash, personally I'd go with a more modern beadspread. I also agree with the comment about the bedspread on the floor, not something you'd want in real life.
