  • Angela House

Here, is the Angela house renderings I have been working on. These are lower resolution; I am looking forward to rendering out the final high resolutions to see all the detail. I rendered these out 32 bit linear and tone mapped, using camera raw, in Photoshop. I also tried Random Control, but I wasn't feeling it as much.

Wow, beautiful work as usual Bobby!

I did notice in the 3rd shot in front of the bed on the floor there looks to be fireflies popping up, Ive been seeing that a lot lately in my scenes.
    Cheers,

Thanks! I'll paint that out if I see it on the higher resolution. Mind you, I didn't clamp and Sub Pixel wasn't checked; I wanted to try pure linear.

One thing that I did find out that seems to get rid of most of them as well is in the material settings under options I changed "Treat glossy rays as GI" to "Always" and that seems to get rid of most if not all the fire flies I was getting in certain materials.
          Cheers,

This is a different house, but in the same development. There are four houses, this being the second one.

I'll try that; maybe using VMC to globally do it.

Thanks! This guy sends me furniture he wants, I buy it an use it, then I get big X's on markup saying "looks awful, change!" The first revisions, from the guy I was first working with, said that the furniture is too big, make smaller to enhance the size of the space. Now, with the new guy, I am getting that the furniture is too small for the space, make larger. I am keeping my cool, but gosh! Anyway, as long as they turnout good, everyone wins.

Third and fourth are awesome, whatever is the cause of the extra softness in them is knocking off the cg look to the edges in the others, really photographic.

Yes it seems you pointed the two shots that I think bobby post processed with Arion FX, it takes that sharp look out and bring that photo look back.
                      Like it bobby, great work.

Thanks. I might have used the Random Control plugin for those; I know I did for the bedroom
