I agree. Rendering true volumetrics in reasonable time still a challenge for my computer.

Thanks, I prefer doing this in postproduction. Using a lens flare layer in linear dodge mode over the original image.
Sometime ago I tried using Vray Lens Effects, but it was bringing specular noise issues all over the image.
