Your quality have skyrocket over the past few months, I geuss that is what happens when you go on your own. But man, this tree in the foreground, upper left, you've been using it a lot in your recent renders. That tree seriously bugs me, looks flat and lacks contrast. Either use a different tree, change the leave maps, or photoshop and actual tree for the foreground.
...well in my opinion anyways.

Here, are two more views. I used V-Ray's DOF, which I usually avoid with the rendering time hit. However, it rendered just as fast with it as without, which was awesome.

Yikes!

I'd almost expose down a tiny bit so you're not getting quite as much burn on the whites but it looks great. The vray DOF is making a huge different to the usual thing. Might be worth giving the glare and bloom a go for your next interior too, they're a bit more photographic than the star glow bits you've in a few of your renders. ArionFX for photoshop seems to do lovely stuff too.
