thanks a lot, i´´m sorry but there´s no kitchen and patio for this proyect . but there are some exteriors .
i think they need sth more , it would be great to use a displacement map in the first one stones... an d what else.... let me know...
Interiors are killing me personally... i just submitted 4 different ones to the farm before going home. Is not my fault that many Architects design a building without taking in consideration the actual final lighting of the interior.
I am still sticking with an idea of perfect light simulation as it shoud be in real life... and i still do all interiors with only 1 vray light and plenty of environment bouncing. I wrap tube around the model, multiply "Generate GI"... kinda works like HDRI, altho faster
Manray light is correct, if this would be a ready made house... just get you camcoder put manual (default) settings and walk in that living room. I bet the result will be very similar. I am not a pro, many people may disagree with me but i am not rendering a frame that takes more than 8 minutes to render on 720X576... ok, we can compensate secondary bouncing by using photons, or second IMAP: mult: 1.0 1,5...
but that takes 2,3 times longer to render... I Simply put a light blue OMNI in the center of the interior, switch off SHADOWS and multiplier to 0.2 - 0.3... done, fake but works faster.
I am a perfectionist, but i am NOT when i have 5 deadlines a day. In this case if manray thinks or other people suggest that corner is dark, USE curves in photoshop, correct balance...or use Shadow Highlight filter for christ sake
