I know. It's fine when I use 2d, but 3d seems to have issues.Originally posted by Morne View PostAlso, I know its still early in the project, but your ceiling displacement is "teething" a bit in some placesBobby Parker

Other than the ceiling that was pointed out I think they look great, the kitchen area could use a little more light IMHO, just seems a little dark around the stove area. When I grow up I hope to be able to produce great looking renders like yoursCheers,

Thanks! I'll add some light under the shelf to brighten up the kitchenOriginally posted by Syclone1 View PostOther than the ceiling that was pointed out I think they look great, the kitchen area could use a little more light IMHO, just seems a little dark around the stove area. Why use displacement for something so simple as wooden boards. Isn't it a lot faster to use floor generator or similar?

I would have to rotate each wall to lay flat, which isn't a problem, but it would seem to be a lot more work than a displacement.Originally posted by Vizioen View PostWhy use displacement for something so simple as wooden boards. Isn't it a lot faster to use floor generator or similar?Bobby Parker
