The lighting & materials look a bit flat. It's hard to give advice without seeing all the settings but in general, the materials need a bit more work to be realistic. I also think the lighting is too flat & lacks contrast from the light sources.
    Hope this helps.

First image is a bit of an odd one, the composition is quite strange and I am not sure what the focal point is meant to be; the screen on the right is incredibly distracting.

The second image is the most successful of the four, but the lighting is very flat. No real contrast/shadows/highlights. The furniture looks basic, perhaps consider investing in some better quality models from places such as Design Connected, Turbosquid, Model+Model, etc. The furniture will make a huge difference.

The third image needs a better picture in the background - it's far too low resolution and the perspective feels wrong. Failing that, perhaps try and use depth of field to your advantage so that the foreground is in focus and not the background.

Fourth image - randomise the UV's on the kitchen cabinets, the same texture is repeated across them all and it really detracts from it. Perhaps add things you might expect in a (corporate) kitchen? Fruit bowl? Kettle? flowers? Coffee machine? Tea/coffee/sugar tins/containers.

Thanks for the comments guys. I appreciate it.

I agree with all of your comments. I have enclosed the settings I am using per your request 3DMK. Overall I am using a vray sunlight system and a few other vray lights in the scene, with a vray camera.

Macker as for the composition of the 1st image they wanted a shot as you enter the suite showing the new reception desk and I didn't know how else to show it.

Agreed on image 2, same as what 3dmk said about the lighting, I will check out some of those sights for furniture.

Yes I didnt have a good shot for a background image so it does look a little odd. I will try some dof.

All good ideas for the fourth image, thanks.
