        miguel,

muy bien... if you turn off you glass when you clac your IR map you can get more light into your space, then when youare ready to render the final turn your glass back on and you will see a difference...

        buena suerte,

Thanks for all the comments folks, really appreciated, I have some of my own as well

Da_Elf, I dont get your comment at all, don't see anything wrong with the camera angles, but maybe you are talking about the relation between cammera and background?

cmejia, yes I know that the room will get more illuminated, but sometimes the glass loks odd, do you know a way to solve it or was I doing something wrong?

                  zuliban, will try that.

erkaniza, most of the furniture is modeled in house.

and finally the plants are from image cells we bought a colection and is very nice, the mat is a standard with opacity and diffuse maps.

thanks agin for your comments again.

Miguel, i agree with Da-Elf, your camera angles just seem very lifeless. Maybe try having a bit more dramatic angles (dont go crazy though). Best thing to do is get an interior decorating magazine and see what they do. And definately change those pictures on the walls in the living room! Its good work, but it needs more done to it. Definately add some more reflections in your scene and dont forget that a lot of those will be glossy reflections. Also, i would suggest that your bathroom is too white. Why not try to add some blue or coloured tiles and make a few objects coloured in it (like the towels)? Also, it doesnt look like there is any glass in the window of the bathroom, but the shower door glass is very nice. I would suggest lowwering the blinds completely, will add more realism to the image. Lastly, the rug on the floor looks like its a cardboard cutout, if ever there was a time for some Vray displacement, this is it. Or failing that at least a bump map of some sort, and it wouldnt hurt to have a more interesting pattern on it.

And personally i think that those plants look really fake. Its very obvious they are flat maps. I would suggest going to the Xfrog website (they have some lovely free max plants) and try www.turbosquid.com do a search for plants and press the "lower prices" button and all the free ones will be listed.

Definately a very good start, well done.

                    Regards,

                    Marc

I would like to do some of the changes that you mention, but the design is not mine and I have to do some things like the clients wants them, this is a common problen I think, about the plants, was looking out for easy nat or something like that, but right now my budget is limited.

Well, I'm posting a follow up of the bedroom, I'm very intrigued to see if the camera is better set, and if not, please be a little more specific.

Uh and thanks, this is my very first big V-Ray project

                        Miguelito,

I know you can't make changes to the project since it is for a client. But as far as I remember ('cause I see you so often) this project was already delibered. So my opinion as a friend is to play a little bit more with things you like and how you would make then. This freedom could take you further.

I would do it, and I know you've got good tastes since you taught me a lot.

                        Go on m8.

                        ciao.
