Some early proofs. These are low resolution and lower quality, due to the render times, but they should work for feedback.

I think the kitchen and bathroom are looking nice and I have some work on the living room. Overall, I think they are looking good, but would appreciate comments.

The first one is an ikea catalogue spread. The second one has a weird looking fire, my guess is that fire isn't as bright as skylight so it wouldn't be as blown out perhaps? The patina on the surround is a bit distracting too. The third render is a photo

Thank you! Yes, I am not sold on the living room and I will rework it.

I agree the kitchen and bathroom look awesome, but the fireplace looks distracting. Regardless, beautiful work as usual Bobby.

This project is a little strange, like the other ones I did for the same developer. Basically, I pick out some spaces from Houzz, ask the developer if he likes it, and if he does I'll model it based on those spaces. I figured, that is basically how architecture works

Once, I worked for a company that employed about a dozen architects. One architect was an "Award Winning Architect", however, I caught him thumbing through a plan book and his latest project was basically a house out of that book. One night, I looked at some books on his shelf, and I could fine almost all of his latest stuff from houses in his books.

Perception is a key to everything. Because he was an "Award Winning Architect", he commanded a higher fee.

Okay, now we are talking! Noisy and lower resolution, but oh so close.

Much better alright, was there a lot of exposure done in post? The fireplace again seems burnt out to me - since your room is allowing so much light to flood in from the sky which is far brighter than a fire, I'd kind of expect it to be a bit less white similar to these two:

Yes, the fire is too hot and I have toned it down, which will be reflected in the higher resolution final. Here is an updated kitchen.

I am not happy with the island; it kind of gets lost. Also, I am not sure about the pans above the oven. I placed them so people would know it was an oven space.

I'd say a house photographer would put a weak flash between the kitchen island and the presses behind it just to separate the two?

I tried a darker paint on the island, but it didn't work, so I changed it back to white. I might take out the glass panels under the island and make them solid panels.

loving the new living room, looks more like a reference photo than a rendering.

For the kitchen island, what if you tried turning the lights on? If I were shooting that room I would try that first as they should create an almost spotlight like effect on the island or leave them off and again in the real world I would likely put a kick light behind the wall to light up the back wall a little to the right of the island.
                      Cheers,

Yes, I have to do something. I didn't want to turn on the island lights thinking they would cast a strange shadow. I'll figure something out to brighten it up.

The developer wanted a shot towards the tub. Personally, I like the other view. What I am going to try is a standing mirror so the first bathroom shot will include the tub.

My standing mirror didn't work, so I backed the camera up to get a hint of the tub. It came out really moody, so I'll work on that.

I like the first bathroom post best, it looks great. Although the towel on the tub is very distracting the way it's placed/draped.
