Hi guys, yesterday I got some free time to experiment with this pendant and the right IES file.

I used archihdr.hdr that maxer posted some time ago.

One photometric target point light of 3150 lumen/color D65White/filter color rgb 255/255/248, with default vray shadows.

Another image, I miss the shadows round the table legs.. I rendered with a gradient in the max env. slot and used a matte surface material on the ground plane. maybe it has to do with resolution since I only rendered @ 1500 pixels. I worked before with these mat surface settings.. weird.

This is the scaled down version of the high rez (3500x3500 pixels) rendering and still no shadows at the table legs.. I must be doing something wrong.. although it was working before with the same settings.

The wood is Macassar ebony veneer and is supposed to tile like that because I tried to visualize bookmatched veneer.
