This will ultimately be a nice shot, but I usually start with a day shot, because a night shot is usually a by product of the day shot.

That nice bit of soft spec you've got on the logo wall was the thing I was mentioning over the past while for your roofs and also on the bricks of your buildings just to get a wash of variation in there. Maybe a tiny bit overexposed?

I agree that it is a little over exposed. I'll tap that down a tad. I used the specular element with a 20% opacity.

Looking good! Looks like your curb is floating just slightly above the pavement.

I used rail clone. Maybe, I need to make the outside of the curb the pivot point so it follows the site better. I'll have to mess around with it.

Super sweet wet pavement. Although odd that the rain didn't fall on the sidewalk or grass. Nit picking for sure.

I got the shader from the forum here. If you serach, you'll find it. I had someone come out and wet the pavement for the photo shoot

                    Nice work Bobby !
I like the atmosphere here .I think the grass is a bit saturated and have bit tint of blue which make it look unrealistic imo .
btw I have seen this wet asphalt before but here it looks much nicer =D
                    Regards,

Looks fantabulous Bobby! The only thing that really bothers me is the chrome-like paint job on the three cars to the left. The red one in particular. Should there be some kind of down-lighting over the two doors on the left side of the building?

Yes, the cars look like plastic. I thought about putting a light over the side door, however, I thought it might draw too much attention. It would be the are with the most contrast. I think I will get rif of the upper right tree; it does nothing for the image.

An update - they wanted the side door to have lights on; it'll always be on. Plus, I rendered it out 6k. Why? Because I can! It rendered 6K in 1 1/2 hours.
