      I think the image looks good;

I think you need to improve the grass settings. Use vray discplacement.. There are many threads with settings and usually downloadable files....

The trees look pasted, especially the conifers look like they are sitting on the pavement.

With a bit better settings, image would read nicer.

Maybe a little displacement on the roof.

Its looks good, look forward to seeing any updates.

          reflections in the cars

Try to reduce the reflection in all the cars, or put the fantastic EGZ´s car-paint mtl. Add displacement to the grass.
The image is fabulous, the background does match OK, you´ve worked the modeling so good. Congrats

Very nice work, i agree reflections on cars too high and the image lacks a liiiiiiiitttle contrast but just a little imo

            Keep up the good work,
            regards

              Hi, thanks for your coments!

For all: I had displacement on wooden walls and stone walls, but the day before deadline an error occurred. I was desperate; after trying several things, I unchecked desplacement on global switches and got no error no more

The image is allready delivered (I forgot to mention that), but I want to learn from your comments for future projects.

Arkitec: You are right about those conifers on the parking lot!! I just now realize about that!

Gafl: a little fog? that is not a bad idea, but this image is for presentation of a remodeling of the building, and I wanted be pretty clear, if you know what I mean. But for artistic porpouses that would've been looked great.

About lighting: I first was using a ies sun, but for rpc shadows I needed a project map, so then I changed it for a direct with vray area shadows.

              Some settings.
Irradiance map: min rate -3 max rate -1
              clr thresh 0,4

              hsph subs: 40
              interp samples: 40

              Qmc:

              noise thresh: 0,5
              min samples: 40

              Thanks again!

If its a ski hotel, shouldn't it have snow?

                  Picture took in july?
Looks great IMHO, you've really caught the cool mountain mood. Have you tried with cammera correction, im not sure if it would be better, i mean, the paralax is really noticable, but it doesnt hurt the image.

I was kidding about the time , because i think that making a snowy image requires more time and resources and therefore should cost more.

About the paralax, like i said, it is noticable, but i dunno if it should be removed.
