I like it, but:
I think the ball is way too small (if it is a soccerball) .
I think the door could use some work, it is too flat and maybe some glossies. And the tiling of the concreet is too obvious, maybe you could use a blend material for this (someone else pointed out this trick here on the forum). These are easy things to change to make this a much better render. Oh, and I agree with Chris about the brightness.
i think you need to add a wall or trees or something in the background that horizon is just.....freaky or something being open like that. maybe even some distant mountains or something.

great, but personally I liked the door better and the chairs in your first post (but then make them a little more wood like)
And I still find the ball a little odd, dont know why. Maybe the color and the shadows, it looks a bit like it is flowting in the air.
But the glass for instance is MUCH bettr this way.

im a student architecture, if we design something the first thing the architects then ussually do is questioning the logic in the design
and now i see a design of someone else i kinda feel todo the same.
first of all..i just love the water..looks great
but then i come tot he building and i wonder.. why you use two different kinds of arches on the left side witht he glass and the point outside? i think it would be more logic to use twice the same arch only a bit longer on the outside to keep the triangle in it
aswell why you put a mondriaan in a realistic building? kinda contradictional i think
but further i just like the idea of using arches aswell with straight lines. aswell giving the door a more 'open' feeling
