your renders look awesome, I just think it looks weird now with all that grass and just dropping a pool in the middle of it as well as the stairs just running in to the grass.

But he needs to choose what he wants. Looks odd/fake now. As if an owner paying a couple of million $ (if not more, do you know how much it will sell for Bobby?) will accept a terrace area with a pool that isn't even paved the moment you step off the stairs or out of your door. Madness!

Architecturally the nicest option of those that have been done would be the first version but have the paving match the tint and style of the facade. Then it becomes an extension of the building. Hopefully he will figure it out sooner rather then later.

I thought it, too, but whom am I to second guess? Here is what he sent as inspirations and the last ones I posted, above, is the final. Both the developer and the architect signed off on it.

Shame though, viewing it as an architect, the landscape design seems to be missing now, even if it is intentional. It's amazing to see the size of the mansions you are rendering! Any idea what the construction budgets are?

Thank you. They came together nicely. I am super impressed with this new machine I have. Each view took about 1/2 hour to render at 4K. On my old machine each view would have easily taken 3-4 hours. The right tools for the right job makes all the difference in the world. Also, V-Ray has gotten so easy to use, I literally just press render.

Looking at the house a single point perspective from the front standing between a few trees would look really nice imo. Also some environment fog would be really nice between the trees.
