  • My first post

    Dear friends,

This is my last work that i made with my partner Gustavo Rolim. This is our first post here in the forum, and i hope to hear the critics and suggestions from you vray masters... This job was made under pressure and was made in six days, without any project. The client in the last day asked us to change the lights that was first made to be at day, then to be at night... that appens all the time...

    sorry for the poor english.

i think you need to add a sun coming in the windows ...
the cars look out of place and also the plants
the spot lights need to be a lot stronger in the cafe on the wall, and perhaps drop a person or 2 in there.

But its a great start and its a million times better to when i first saw it

Indeed, it's looking great! In addition to what Natty mentioned, I'd put some reflections on the tables and chairs. Unless they will have no shellac or any other coating on them in real life.

You're getting there Marco. The sign in the first image look a little blown out, even though the rest of the image is a lot darker. I think the lighting looks pretty good for a dusk time of day, if you are going for an earlier time I suggest you make the sunlight stronger. The second image is a little dark, and like Natty says, maybe a person in there would help.

hello marco, welcome to the forum, i think you will like a lot everything here because at least i've been learning too much with felows.
well , about the image it looks pretty good, i would say that your glasses are indeed too real. one of the points that IMO you would be carefull is about reflections. they are the key of realism and i think almost everything need to reflect something. another point that i would talk is about diferent resolutions beetwen photo and 3d image, as they are a bit diferent, we can realize something strange in harmony scene, but overall you did a god job.
          good luck
