Thanks. I have to sit on it for a few days. I started it and finished yesterday and the client knows when I started it. The client might question my fee

The stairs to nothing didn't make sense. Here it is with a deck and railings, which makes much more sense.

            Looks like railclone in action

Where did you get the boulders? Vizpark?

Great job as usual. Don't charge hourly!

Did you use forestpro? If so, for what?

Yes, Forest Pack Pro and RailClone saved the day! Yes, I purchased the VizPark boulders, for another job awhile back, and used them here. No, I never charge per hour

I agree. The better you are the less you are worth. That doesn't make much sense.

Because he is so friggin' good at this. Just because Bobby has learned how to rock out awesome renders in short time, he should still be paid well for his skilled work.

In other words, if he can do awesome renderings in 2 hours, the renderings may still be market-valued at well more than two hours of pay. That's why I believe in fixed-pricing when possible. I am efficient too at what I do and I spend alot of time increasing my efficiency. That doesn't mean i should make less money.

Why not just charge more per hour?

Thanks for the kind words! I do a lot of reading on freelancing and small business. Almost everything I read says that you charge for the value you bring and not per hour. Once you get past the per hour methodology, you start making money.
