I love how the clay renders look. I post these to a review site, which they can mark them up and at some point, approve them. The site allows the user to compare iterations, too. It's nice because they are signing off that they will not change once approved. Anything, after approved, is billable, so they make sure it is correct. This model has been approved!

I am not sure I like the architecture or the stone selection, but here is an update. The house is on a steep hill, so the front might be a little hard to understand.

Looking nice. Are you using that railclone script for the roof, or the one from DigitalX?
How are you getting the top row of shingles, to read higher than the rest? If its railclone, is it simply a case of having them slide over each other more, so naturally the top row looks thicker, while the rest look about half that?
(I'm busy with the same thing at moment)
            Kind Regards,
            Morne

It is a railclone roof and that top run does it by itself, which is cool. Now i have to figure out how to do the ridges.

You must watch too many crime shows like I do.

That's kind of a building industry question I had - Is there a set angle for all roofs so the same ridge tile will fit any of them?

super nice! I like the new stone style, but liked how much displacement the previous stone type showed. current stone with the previous amount/quality of displacement or whatever you use to get that accentuated bump appearance might combine best of both? Detail, lighting everything so nice. Copper gutters and downspouts are cool. copper roof on back maybe unfortunately reflecting too much white siding? very minor thing that I noticed, crab apple tree at front corner maybe needs to be lowered into ground a bit, showing roots? Or maybe that's how some crab apples look? (I have one in my front yard that does not show those root beginnings.) Clients has to be super happy with this. Best of class.

I lowered that tree 10X's, but it still sticks up . I can paint it out. I agree about the back metal roof being too shiny. The stone is a touchy point. I worked hard on the previous stone, painting by hand for hours. The stone was changed last minute

If you placed that tree with Forest Pack, maybe there is an inadvertent z offset in effect. I'm very new to FP but have already had that experience
