This one was weird. The architect, who is having the rendering done for her client, was very cautious to hire someone over the web. She called and talked to several of my clients, she searched the web about me for days, and finally decided to move forward. For the rendering, she was as easy as pie. She gave me the drawings, a few inspirational photos, and all is going smooth. I have the back of the house to do before morning, but that shouldn't be difficult.

Whatever lighting setup you have for this keep it - the balance of shadow and light is great and it fits with the sky plate perfectly.

Both are looking very nice, however I would try and get more sun on the pool area. The wet spots around the pool is a nice touch
What finish is on the walls? It looks almost like stucco or timber panelling (same finish as the central beams at the back view)
Is that the standard ForestPack gravel? Looking nice. Normally you want a clean grass edge, but in this case, since it's the same level, I especially like the uneven edge between the grass and the gravel
In the front view, from which collection as that tree front left?

The trees are from Evermotion 163. I am reworking the light on the back; totally agree! I did some more work on the front.

looks sweet! Maybe you can have some steam rising out of the pool One minor thing - the material on the chimney seems too smooth and shiny - seems it should have some rough texture to it.

Updated to the back. I love rendering out 4K, with all the bells and whistles, in 1/2 hour. No more either rendering tiny thumb proofs or all night renders. Life is good!

The left edge of the house is hard to read due to the tree that sort of covers it (and is also a similar brightness to the house which confuses it more). Perhaps you can remove that tree and have more of the brighter background trees showing so the edge 'pops' a bit more. It's a small comment but they all count. Also the windows to the left are very dark. Just a tiiiny bit of colour or contrast in them will look nice.

I got my colors and materials late Friday, for a Monday morning deadline. I worked all weekend didn't sleep, so I haven't had time comb through things. The client was impressed, however, she said that she'll see if she can meet with her client this week to review. What the heck! What about this "Monday morning deadline"? I despise these tactics. It is hard to go above and beyond when you are not sure if the deadline is even real. No more weekends and all-nighters, unless it is due to my bad planning.

The amount of output you seem to create Bobby, I'm surprised to learn you normally do sleep
