its a little to saturated for my taste.
first picture: the plants could use a little variations,
the road is a little to shiny to be dry, if its wet. is never that flat maybe some bump?
in the first picture are you selling the roadway and carpark or the buldings?
second picture, paver tiles, too perfect, the palm trees can be random rotated around the z axis
roadway in front could use some work so that its looks used.
and the grass could use some colour variation.. its too green
the sky is too light for the rest of the image is so dark.
the grass in the lawn all looks like they are reaching for the stars.. again add a little variation..
