  • Monster Project 2016

It's that time of year again!

Here's the kid's drawing I had for this year's Monster Project

    And my take on it...

    Ridiculous fun as always!

And for anyone interested, here's a little timelapse of the detailing pass in ZBrush (recorded from the undo history, hence the crazy camera moves)

It might be just me but damn that smile in the kids drawing I find legit disturbing.
Luckily AJ turned it around 180.

Great job. Only critique I might have that there seems to be some warmth missing in terms of colors. *Maybe its just the current screen I am looking at*
          Cheers,
          Oliver

Yeah, it could probably use a little more saturation/warmth.

Hopefully the police will never have to search your harddrives. If you keep doing those Monster Projects it might look weird having pictures of all those different kids on your pc. :P

Joking aside I still love your rendition. :P
                        Cheers,

Thanks Luke! I spotted that last night. It turns out I'd made the top row at ZBCentral at some point and hadn't noticed!
