Adding detail to the soffit / facia along with adding window coverings (curtains) would be nice. The first image might be better composed with the camera perpendicular to the facade & the hedge being less uniform.

The grass, pavement, gravel and weathered stucco are flip'n nice.

P.S. Hit that water with some caustics for bonus points.

P.P.S reverse the second image composition. Having the pool in the foreground would be nicer than a BBQ, metal stair and utility door.

I had that very thought about the pool/bbq, while looking at the image while eating out this evening. I agree about the windows, however, most of these clients don't want window treatments. I'll see what they say.

Great updates Bobby, have you tried a one point perspective on that last image? I'd try at all odds to get that pool in the foreground, it will help sell the house imo. since it's the rear of the house it probably doesn't need the whole house in the frame but that's just me - client might want otherwise.

Full 3d grass on this or the same overlay in photoshop trick?

No need for praise this time, this is now just your usual standard of work

Thank you! The grass is ForestPro with grass overlay in PS. I don't do the PS for speed, it is for quality. I like how I get the nice grass edges by using FP.

I get you. I've got a few things coming up that'll need really wide grass and I've never found a satisfactory way to do this with 3d setups, it's really hard to find good aerial textures for grass - I might have to get a cheapy drone!

Updates. Another really bad stucco sample, but maybe it is closer.

                        Nice job!
I use forest pro as well , but i think you've found a very natural and simply look in your grass.
It's not a simply subject because of the clean architecture, as you said in the first post.

Oooo that 1 point on the back elevation is nice. I don't like clipping architectural elements so I would back it up to get the pool edge's in and a bit more grass (shift down a bit). There is a bit of green cast on your soffits, probably from the FP grass. I get around this by using an override material and set the GI to a 128.128.128 default mat.

                            Cheers,

I got feedback from a 3rd party to the project. She said, and I quote, "The back is awful!". I wonder how she really feels? She mentioned something about a pool house and it not having a park-like-feel. I don't have anything for a pool house and no landscape plan, at all.
