This one caused a little panic. She paid the deposit, gave me some vague sketches and a deadline date, and went out of the country on vacation. Literally, she returned on the deadline date, which was yesterday for her meeting. Luckily, she loved it! This is a canoe museum designed by a steel building manufacturer.

nice! the water is great. the view/composition is also cool the way the dock leads the eye into the image. people look a bit like cut outs but what can you do. just finding the appropriate people to use may have taken work/time. surrounding vegetation and vizpark boulders look very good. th ebuilding is kind of plain but that is just the reality of the architecture. I bet the client is happy, they should be. A+ per usual for you.

They are a specific rowing boat museum, which I didn;'t get until late. The long boat is what they are. It's a rowing boat clubhouse. Yeah, the building is pretty sad, but it is really early in the development. The architect isn't charging their client fro the rendering; it's just to get the clubhouse people interested. If they can raise money, I'll get some actual plans to work with. This one was done from sketches.
