Hey Dave,
A few C's and C's from me:
I think you'd best just go with a 1-point perspective with the kitchen view. Simplify the view, then you can simplify the furnishings and concentrate on focusing on an idea or an object in the kitchen to be the focal point of the image.
I think the bathroom view should really be lowered a little, but most definitely looking up more. It feels very uncomfortable on the eye to be looking down towards the floor. In my opinion, switch it to a portrait and concentrate on the bath. Its the most interesting part of the room and should command the most attention. We can see the vanity unit to the left, so don't bother showing it all and the door to the right of frame isn't doing anything for me. Check out my crop. I think when you make the camera movements I mentioned above, and put in a nice background, it'll shine.
In terms of the bedroom, you're doing well. If you convert it to black and white and raise the mid tones, the image is really pleasing. The colour balance and the blown out areas are what makes it suffer. Check out my colour tweak. Mostly just colour balancing, levels, and some filters from the free NIK effects plugin. Give it a shot! (My screen at home is a POS so im hoping im not sending you down the wrong path!! :S )
Great work so far. Keep it up!

You need some colors in your lighting. In the real world there are no perfectly white light sources, i.e. the sky is blue, light bulbs are yellow etc. Even if you equalize the overall color tone of the image to be neutral, some color shifts around light sources make things more interesting and realistic.
Best regards,
VladoI only act like I know everything, Rogers.

Thanks for all the comments and Ill rework them soon. On the lights Ive had unpredictable results with this scene as I was trying to use the Watt settings rather than the generic power and some worked ok and some were way off like 0.01w showed up like a 500w bulb. As for the colour I did adjust the temperatures on the lights but Ill tweek them a little more.
Thanks again.
