Nice, the model looks really good.
maybe some glossies would give it little more life
Some bump on the walls also would do nicely.
Those grandpa's is that PSed in later? they fit nice in there.

oh.. and the glass, I think you can find better glass settings here in this forum.

IT'S a very good architect visulisation, so clean and simple, very good done, i love when it's simple and with the essentiel, it's a great work for me.
