                very nice. I'm gaining a lot through your image uploads and discussion. hope you don't mind some questions regarding your techniques and process.

                do you use the vray de-noiser on these and other interiors?

                do you use vray render elements and adjust them in a post compositing? PSD manager or Pro EXR or...?

                Do you use a tone mapping process like with fusion or photoshop?

                Thanks in advance for any guidance!

                    Thanks! I use de-noiser, however, I usually let my bucket render complete, so it doesn't really have an effect. I do use PSD Manager and that it why I am still tied to bucket render. I can stop a progressive render and it'll save the PSD with elements, but not layers. Tone mapping is done in PS. I usually just add blue to my shadows and yellow to my highlights. I add a little sharpener and a medium contrast curve.

                              Ha, ok then. The darkening may be due to reflection. Are you using rough frenel?
