This is s WIP rendering...The building originally was modelled in Revit but I had a lot problems with faces, holes, etc so I made the model in Sketchup.
I use 3ds max 2017 and vray 3.5 and it crashed many times so I assume was MAX....I usually don't put leaves on the floor but this time I wanted to try using forestpack (w/ brush tool) and then FP tools to explode FP ...after that massFX to simulate them falling to the curb and road....so i will use this technique in the future for more stuffs like that.

Vraysun was used here and applied cannon LUT to the image in Affinity....I really like interactive rendering for faster feedback in Vray, it didn't save me a lot time here because I was using it to make a lot test but it will for the next projects.

Before playing with LUt etc, you should try to make your shadows less dark (it looks like an old non-LWF image)

Your grass looks artificial (color issue)

Revit models are often a PITA. I ask FBX export with these parameters to have usable models

Files of type : FBX 2015 and Previous
    Naming : Automatic – Short
    Use LOD : oui
    Without boundary edge : non

But Revit being advertised as a complete 3D solution usable for archviz is complete BS imo. 80%+ has to be redone/ redrawn (you can get away with more if you don't make closeups but you'll have to work with unneeded geometry and un-optimized heavy files)

      Thanks for the comments...
after I posted the image I realized that the grass material had 3 missing maps and max didn't alert me....It's fixed
Regarding how dark the image looks...I had my screen calibrated and it looks like my daughter move the brightness so what I saw in my screen was way off....I fixed too

I never ever had good luck with Revit models and mostly because the geometry there is for construction documents so a lot detail is not there... I like to have 3d objects as much as possible instead textures for exterior finishes (siding, panelling, joints, etc)
I always have a lot coplanar faces and most of the models that I got are not modelled right ( walls on top of walls & holes are the most the problems) besides details.

anyways, thanks again for the comments
