I'm a little confused by the specular on the hydrant, it seems the daylight is coming toward the camera, but the base of the hydrant seems to have two shadows (or maybe that's just a dirty part of the sidewalk texture) and a specular highlight going the opposite direction as the sun.
Also, of the cities I've lived in, I've never seen such a perfect looking hydrant. I really like the image over all though, great textures.
Looks allot better. Just a few things that stand out are with your specular/reflections and faceted edges.
The pavement is a little too flat as well as the drainage bars (even rusted old metal has an underlying specular. The hydrant would look better with a little grime in those crevices and less specular on the bottom than the top. The metal on the hydrant looks too white also.
I do really like the concrete and grass and water now The lighting is great but the shadows appear to get blurry too close to the objects.
