  • PHILIPS Industrial and Utility LED lighting

    Hello all,

Product visualization for Philips from few months ago unfortunately without adaptive lights this scene would benefit so much from it.

As always VladoGPU_RT(cuda) approximately 2-3gb of video memory used for warehouse, render times(5500pix x 5500pix) on single node with 4x1080gtx around 2-3 hours 0.02noise limit. Default settings with motion blur on, sun + sky for environment.

Studio render times 20-30 minutes except that shot from the bottom(crossed lights) which took around 5hours, probably because heavy dof and vray light material being used for LED.

Models are STP files, cables on the transformers inside housing with every washer and embossed lettering, crazy detailed. Original poly count number for single rail is around 43 millions(STP files) they are re-meshed with Zbrush to more acceptable level and to get rid of unnecessary things and make 2-3million polygon version we used in final scenes.

Beautiful work...and here I thought I was the only one silly enough to remesh STP files in zbrush
