My friend Jamie Smart is a hugely talented artist/writer who has been creating his own comics and characters for years (www.fumboo.com). We've been trying to work together on something for a while now and Jamie came up with the idea that one of his characters, an insane blue cat called Looshkin, could escape the 2d confines of the page... This is how it turned out!
This was loads of fun to do, and if you're in the UK and have/know any children I would strongly recommend getting them a subscription to the fantastic 'The Phoenix' - an independent comic that is bursting with brilliant, creative, original and genuinely funny stuff every week.
