As a Arch Viz guy I do most of my modelling and base texturing in Sketchup. Not surprisingly sketchup exports really crapy mesh topology so I took to learning some Hard surface modelling in MAX. I started with a few bits from Grants & Bertrand Benoit's mat ball then got stated with learning sub-modeling. I've shared the scene and all assets in a dropbox link at the bottom. Cheers.
