                  Richard,

                  There are a couple of tool and die/mold shops around here that are capable of digitally scanning cars with extreme acuracy...especially the size of the one you had modeled. Not sure if you guys would be interested in this or not...might be more cost effective. Email me and i'll give you his contact info.
