The first image look good max, but in the second the light is not similar with the photo, try to desaturate and add some shadows

hi there,

1. Image
the camera matching is perfect.
Just the colors are a little bit to green and there
is to much saturation.
The grass is much to green. Compare it to the grass in your background image.
Also the reflection of the boats inside the water is to green. Actually
this looks good, but compared to the ocean it needs a little more blue.

2. Image

The water looks great, but again to much green.
Also the skylight is very blue. It looks like an upcoming thunderstorm.
The mirrored tiling of the background needs some work, too
