I follow fabrizio's link and try to upload them. I feel a bit stupid but i've never uploaded anything on a webspace.
Thanks a lot natty for your kindness.

In the first picture, I can easily notice the blocking resulting of the bucket rendering.
Rendering the whole Irradiance map before the final render would help.

                      Hey !
first, as it is a concept rendering and is not attempt to be "realistic", it is fine for me.

either you stay between abstract and real or you choose for real...
the strange thing is that you add so tiny details ( like the drain pipe on second image ) which have nothing to do with your idea.

But, check your glass roof in the atrium, it is a way to small structure.

but i quite like the alavaro siza kind of style...sometimes it is maybe to much repetitive or the volume arrangement are not correct...
like on the south facade, this volume with the loover facade can reach this other volumne on top of it...

also, trees are not so exiting...

trees are a problem that I'm not able to solve.
I'm using xfrog cause I need 3d plant to make views from above. The model is about 32mb without plants and 89Mb with the trees you can see from the images.
I needed olive trees for the south park and so here is the results. They have not such a good looking and I know I should improve them...
                        Thanks to all of you
