This image is really busy, but hey, if that's what the client wants
My comment would be on proportions. The stairs??? a regular "volee" is constitued of 13 to 15 steps, incremental of 7" to 8". By this simple notion, either your second floor is at 63" to 72" (160cm to 183cm) or your steps height are just really high (or legal)
The render itself is nice.. I kinda like the color of the tree
natty,
I have seen some great work done by you, but this isn’t one of them . The tree looks very bad on the scene as well as the glass Blob. Also the lighting needs some tweaking. I know it’s a WIP and in the end you will show us a great scene as always.
I don’t mean to be rude, so I hope you understand that it just an opinion.
I think the lighting is a bit "forced" in......I mean maybe you could rely on the lighting from the artificial sources and less, or in a more subtle way from the skylight above.....right now the lighting looks a bit even just a bout everywhere....could be more interesting if only the major pieces are lit creating interesting focus points, and you rely on some softer/sublte GI from the ambient illumination.....
I'm ok with the crazy tree and the green blob since it's an art gallery...but I do agree that it's getting a bit busy......as if there are too many focus points......tree/bench/blob/blue thing/red paintnings......maybe if you could leave some of them out to give it some "breath" it would be a tad more pleasing...
overall good work, and nice attention to detail....I like the stair detail
pretty cool image. Generally though, galleries are careful to keep direct sunlight off of the painting as much as possible. Its not good for the paintings and make it difficult to view them.

I usually take those and use genuine fractals to double them up w/ little loss in res (might add some unsharp mask if they look a bit blurry)...but that usually does the trick....
