Topcat, I don't have access to the file right now, but I rember it to be quite simple: Near to white (slightly yellowish) color, 100% white in reflection slot, fresnell checked.

Im actually surprised that there is no reflection to that cheese. There really should be a subtle glossy reflection that will be noticeable at the most extreme incidence angle. I noticed it in the picture and your material setup shows that my suspicions were correct.

Percy, thanks. I forgot the reflection part. It should indeed have a subtle matte reflection. Also, to make it more realistic, the edges should be less translucent and darker colored.
