red no doubt about it. grey iwill hide this building ed will make it stand out. its your choice in the end. if the building wants a presence then use red. but if it wantsd to stay in with the communiy and not attract attention to itself then use grey.

I think that grey outside and red inside would be good, i think it will give more importance to the text there.

Ok, yellow looks the most inviting to me but, in the end, I'm sure that the best would be to ask you client directly. Btw, why not change the roof and those numbers (101) materials as well? Not necessarily to the same yellow, but different than right now. And oh, don't forget about Eloy's observation, a "N" is still missing...
