The Simpliest WAY is to give a link with a very simple SCENE (max)
EXAMPLE:
1 Plane
1 TORUS (with the MATERIAL on it)
Light Sources.... (not necessary)

The other way is to take ScreenShots of the SETTINGS' setup MENUS...
