First is better. Super. Second is too saturated.
Leafs are modeled? How big a tile is?

the first one is more interesting (has that Renaissance painting look to it) the eye gets to travel some where. with the second the eye stops at the small tree and can't go past the treeline.

Definitly image No. 1 !!!

Lighting, contrast, sharpness and mood do not fit to your 3D environment in the second picture. And it would not make sense to place a fountain/sculpture in-between a lake.

First image is great!!!

Yep, first one.

The perspective in the second is a bit harder to believe than the first one.
Even the perspective of the photo in the first is doesn't quite seem believeable but the lighting goes well.
